Our Lambs are either Suffolk X or Texel X which graze through the winter on grass and turnips. They are solid breeds which are known for their carcass quality and prime meat cuts.

Half a Lamb £70 (approx. 9-10kg)

  • 4 – 6 Loin Chops
  • 2- 3 Chump Chops
  • Rolled Breast
  • Rack of Lamb
  • Neck Fillet
  • 1 Leg Joint (cut in 2)
  • 1 Shoulder (boned and rolled)

Whole Lamb £135 (approx. 18-20kg)

Exactly as it says! See above for quantities and double them.

If you would prefer the Lamb cut slightly differently such as the Leg left whole or the Shoulder on the bone, then just let us know and we can do it for you.

**The weights for whole or half animals are based on carcass weights and not butchered weight.

Don’t forget to order your meat box in advance to have it fresh otherwise it will contain frozen meat.
